Are you looking for square or staggered setup?

You could do square:
18x8.5 +30
or 18x8 +35
or 18x9.0 +35
or 18x9.0 +38

Could do staggered:
Front: 18x8.0 +35
Rear: 18x8.5 +30
or
Front: 18x8.5 +30
Rear: 18x9.0 +35

or
Front: 18x8.5 +30
Rear: 18x9.0 +38
or
Front: 18x8.0 +35
Rear: 18x9.0 +35

or
Front: 18x8.0 +35
Rear: 18x9.0 +38

As you can see there are a ton of options.
My personal rec's are in bold.

The two fitments above are basically the same in terms of the most flush within the specs available for that specific brand/model of wheel.
If you go down to the millimetre, technically the first fitment is more flush than the second...on the front...by about 1.3mm.
Obviously the rear fitment is the same for both and will be fairly flush.

Tire sizing will be the same regardless which fitment you choose, and you can use the same tire sizes that would come on the F Sport rims.

1 crucial bit of advice....the RPF1's, even in 18 form...have NOT cleared Big Brakes so if you plan to upgrade (not 100% weather 200T is Big Brake)....you may have to go up a size

i would test fit unless someone has already done them which would be great

Here's a member that has them in a little more aggressive fitment: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...ent-guide.html
He used spacers on the front and camber arms in the rear.

@GR3Y5H3ART When you say they don't clear the calipers, are you referring to diameter of the rim or offset?

I was also worried about that but someone on fitment industries has similar setup on the same car with no spacers but if do need spaces then that's alright with me

According to the link the fitment is tucked, so you shouldn't have any issues as the goal is a flush fitment.

from what i recall is 18s fitting like 17s on this wheel due to its sunken in design...if you got the Big Brake Calipers aka Advics/Brembo - F Sport Front Calipers...not 100% if is200T has this as an option but just giving a heads up in case the Member may want to upgrade Brakes later on

All 3IS, regardless of F Sport or not, have the big brakes (Advics), with the exception of the 250.
Between AWD and RWD there will be some variation of the front rotors and backing plates.
Between F Sport and non-F Sport there is a difference in pad compound.

I have the pf01s, 17x8.5 square set up for winter no issue with the brakes. Maybe the rpfs are different

I'm running RPF1's on my IS350 and had to use spacers in the front to clear the bigger calipers.

RPF1 specs:
Fronts: 18x9 +35mm (had to use 15mm spacer to clear calipers so effective offset is +20mm)
Rears: 18x9.5 +38mm

Tire Specs:
Fronts: 235/40/18 Firehawk Indy 500
Rears: 255/35/18 Firehawk Indy 500

I'm lowered on BC racing coilovers with 1 finger gap all around and have zero issues with rubbing on dips and turns (even at full lock).

@trieub Based on the gap between the rim and caliper on the front, could a smaller spacer have been used, like a 10mm? Or does the 15mm make them rim just clear the caliper?

With the 15mm spacer, the distance between the inner spokes of the rim and the caliper is roughly 4-5mm. So I honestly don't think a 10mm spacer would work. Also with 15mm spacer you have the option of getting the bolt on type (which I'm using) versus having to get extended wheel studs
