Default How can I repair cut in arm rest on door?

I have no idea how this happened. I never wear jackets or anything, the skin on my elbow is not sharp or rough. This cut is in the exact point where I rest my elbow when I drive. I have about 34k miles on my 2017 IS350. I'd like to blame this on Lexus but I don't know how I did it. Perhaps a service tech did it, or made a mark that started it somehow? I have no idea, I doubt they did it. I keep my car pristine and perfect, I need to know what can be done to fix this, aside from ordering a whole new door panel. Any ideas? Is it possible to get this exact material?

A good upholstery shop will be able to repair that to look exactly like original. Or try Ebay although new-ish model body/interior parts tend to be fairly expensive. New door panel is $600+
