Default Possible dumb question about aftermarket parts

Maybe I'm missing something, but it seems as though there's a lot of aftermarket part options (intakes...performance mods etc...) for the IS250 and IS350, but not many that cover the IS300. What gives?

My reference purposes I own a 2016 IS300 AWD

Appreciate any info or insight

It's unfortunate but I understand and can appreciate the business logic.

Thanks for the info!

Most parts that work for the IS 350 AWD will work on the IS 300 AWD. They have identical drivetrains.

right, think the IS300 AWD as a re-branded IS350 AWD with options removed to drop the cost.

If I had a 300 awd, i would buy the tune first and foremost. It brings the detuned '300' engine up to 350 specs. It will be the best bang for buck performance wise you can do. What is it, $550 for 50hp?

Then worry about noise increases if you want.

Like its allready been hinted at, those performance parts for the 350 are typically all compatible with your car as well.

On another point, shopping for aftermarket parts on this car is NOTHING compared to like a Mustang or some other commonly modded car. I can't count how many of those I see modded driving around, and there just isn't as big of a market for the IS with that stuff. Itll get better though as they get more affordable used and the aftermarket crowd is buying more of them.

And I 2nd that on the tune. If you do one thing, do that.

I've heard good things about both companies, can't go wrong either way. I'd probably lean towards Ferrada, I love these....
