Default New 2014 IS250

Hey I just picked a good example of a IS250 and it has around 65k km. The dealer has already done an oil change and changed breaks and rotors. I have changed the engine and cabin air filter is there anything else I should do plan to keep this car for a long time? Also any recommendations for cabin air filters the one I bought seems to have some gaps between it and the tray.

The 60K mile service interval is critical. Check your owner's manual to see what needs to be done. Don't skip anything at this interval. I would drain and fill the coolant, differential(s), brake fluid, etc. I'd also consider the tranny and spark plugs. I might have missed something, but you get the gist of it. If, like me, you get 300K miles out of every car, you go overboard to avoid issues.

Good luck and hope this helps.

Congrats on the new purchase and welcome to the forum.

Given the age and mileage, i would definitely do the front and rear diff., tranny, and brake fluids now! (assuming none have been done before)
Spark plugs you could wait a little longer on...since you're not even close to 100,000 kms (60,000 miles) yet.
Coolant is good til 160K Kms...but doesn't hurt to change it earlier. Maybe next Summer would be a good time to do the plugs and coolant at the same time.

My 2014 has 72K Kms on it, at 50K Kms I did the tranny and diff.'s, the fluids were definitely done.
Brake fluid I do every 2 years.
Haven't done plugs or coolant yet...maybe this Summer or next.
