Ya wanna know why? Coz we like Lexus in general and especially IS models. And, we go on demonstrable facts, tests drives, previous ownerships, if you read the posts - first hand experience, and NOT on reviews on cars not even available yet. Maybe if you had a 350 FSport you wouldn't always be such a grumpy whiny grouch, constantly hating on the IS, pimping out sub-standard cars in comparison, and in that case maybe you should just quit this forum.

Why would I get the IS 350 when it's slow too? Makes no sense. I don't hate the IS (I love my 3IS for the record), I just hate that Lexus doesn't do anything to innovate. I wanted better fuel economy than what my Infiniti G37S gave me and a very reliable car so I go the I4 Turbo IS. If I wanted fast, I would NOT consider any IS except the 2IS IS-F. I'm sorry you think me being realistic is me being grumpy and whiny lol. Btw, you don't need a real test drive to know that any competing car these days in the same segment will destroy the IS in power and torque and most likely the power to weight ratio.
