Rear seat cushion plastic clip
Has anyone had to change out there rear seat plastic clip under the cushion? Best way to get that out to change it? Thanks

Fairly hard piece to extract I soften the clip with a heat gun (get carpet out of the way!!!!!) then pull it out. Or you can carefully pry on each long side. Be gentle the metal it goes into is thin.
