Who has the Lexion infotainment system?

From what I've seen it's the best system available with good trackpad usability. I'm interested, price is a little steep at $850.. I'm hoping it'll drop down

It would certainly make me very happy if the price dropped, but I've got my eye on it regardless. I agree that it seems
to be the best unit on the market. I've got a joystick and this thing works fine with it, from what I've seen. The larger screen
is a bonus, but not something I really need. I won't complain though.

It's apparently faster all around, has a more OEM looking interface, apparently supports the joystick/touch pad with Carplay/AA, as well as having the android unit separate from the screen supposedly eliminating the overheating issues some people on the thread for the 4X4/Aliexpress units are having. Don't have the Lexion unit yet so I can't speak to it, this is just what is being said on the thread about it.

Here is the original Lexion thread. Towards the end, one of the forum members took a video of the unit with the larger screen installed.
He shows the joystick works fine with it as well. It is what sold me (or will in the future.) https://www.clublexus.com/forums/cl-...us-models.html

I have 4x4 OG unit it's kind of hit or miss with Carplay it's very buggy system I would assumed Lexion unit is better because Carplay is built in and screen is separate from decoder box. And joystick actually works in Lexion, 4x4 touch screen only is hard to use. I keep using 4x4 since I only paid $400 used.

I don't have Navigation on my 2019, only the ****. Is the Lexion unit compatible? So far from browsing the other thread seems like everyone that got it has navigation.

Can you ask him if the Apple Carplay starts up automatically when phone is connected? Or do you have to manually pair the phone each time OR press the CarPlay button in the menu. Thanks in advance
