Default 2021 IS Hub Bolts too short

Hey Everyone
Just got our 21 IS. I know they switched to hub bolts. I was going to put winter wheels on, but the design of the wheels plus the short length of the hub bolts means hardly anything will thread in. So obviously no way I'm putting them on. Has anyone put aftermarket or different lexus wheels on yet and have a solution? Or found longer bolts that fit? I know they are 17mm hex socket, but it's the length that's the problem.

Bring it to a local tire shop they will be able to get you longer bolts, or take one bolt to Costco and see if they have matching longer ones. Knowing correct tread size would help you narrow the size you want.
Take a look at the wheels you’re trying to mount and see if they use spherical or conical seat.

Are your bolts the same M12 x 1.5 thread size as the lug nuts used in prior years? If so, many BMW's use the same size bolt, and they have options for longer thread lengths.

Lihtning, if you don't already know, would you mind entering your VIN at one of the online retailers and see if you can determine what Tire Pressure Monitoring Sensors came with your 2021? The best I can determine, it's either 42607-30060 or 42607-53020. Thanks.

I used to run extended bolts on all my BMWs back in the day. That right there looks like your standard length BMW bolt. ECSTuning provides a good quality affordable set... they offer them in silver and black. I got silver just to be different. just make sure obviously the specs are the same. AFAIK BMW has been spec'ing the same bolts since the 1990s and these appear to be the same bolts used today.

Reading the sidewall on one of the pics, yep, they are indeed 20". Look great. I cringe at the thought of what a nice NY pothole would do to one of them though.

I was on the Project Kics website and noticed they are selling wheel lugs for the 2021 IS in various lengths, with 28mm (below the neck) being the standard length and going up (longer) from there.
They have them listed as M14 x P1.5.

From their website:
The new Lexus IS (2021 ~) will be a bolt car.
Bolt size: M14 x P1.5 Spherical seat 14R (28mm below the neck)
5HOLE / PCD114.3 / Hub diameter φ60

14R Ball seat is not as common as 13R in my experience, how certain are we that 14R is the right one? I have searched everywhere and still can’t confirm.
