Congrats on the new space, Alex. I also know it's a great feeling to be able to wash your car in front of your home anytime you want. I was in an apartment for several years and in that time my upkeep went downhill. We bought a townhome w/ attached garage before COVID started and I'm really enjoying washing again. I feel like I am in complete control of the condition of my vehicles (other than what happens on the road).

I'd love a big house in Georgia though. CA is just so dang expensive. The single family homes in the area are at least $2m now. Still, in our modest space I'm grateful we got in when we did. In fact, in my head I justified buying the IS500 since our home has appreciated lol. Timing could've been worse.

Compared to KC, where we lived before, Metro Atlanta homes are a bit higher. What we spent on this house would easily get you 3000+ square feet and renovations back in the KC metro suburbs. We had to do some renovations ourselves on this house, but thankfully, everything at least had a fresh coat of paint when we moved in. Part of the reason we got this house was that it wasn't some flipster house with inflated value but was still in good enough shape to move in.

But for sure, I love it particularly from a car care standpoint. The apartment was stressing me out.

I washed the car. For whatever reason, I like how it looks in the garage.
Also, apparently I didn't reset the G-force gauge after my last mountain run.

Finally got my wheels, ordered them back in July 2021!

19" Work Emotion ZR10. I'll be going for square setup, so 255s will be in the front soon.

I totally agree. I did that to my camry daily and it removes the grandpa chrome factor.

Looks great! Good job.
