That's about normal... though your tires held up a tad better than mine in front but that's how i drive. same set up, socal, summer bla bla.
You're about 5k away from when the front inners are going to start causing some concern. you really don't want to get anywhere near the steel belts cause that's how blowouts happen.
post some better pictures of the front inners. that's the concern, none of the other pics matter, they're fine. the front inners will go very very first on this car on this setup. i can sort of see them in your pics but it's too straight on. stick your camera in there and get a side view showing the depth.

Your tires are good. Just wearing more on the outside which is slightly odd as these cars are infamous for inner front wear.
Tires have something called wear bar indicators...they are located about an inch or two above the penny in the picture. Yours are no where near them yet. Also just buy a cheap tire depth gauge instread of a coin, they cost like $3-$5 and will tell you exactly what the tire is.

Your tires appear pretty good for 20k. I'd say you have some more time on them before replacement, which is pretty good for any IS. Like others have said, it is odd to see the outter edge worn on the front. That usually happens with low tire pressure or a lot of hard turns. My 2020 F-Sport seems to be wearing quite well thus far, so I'm hoping to go past 20k. With my 2008 IS250, I could not get more than 18k out of them, and that was stretching it.

@ @ABGLexus if u don't mind the comment, 4-wheel alignments do wonders - highly recommended esp if ur not gonna get new/harder lower control arm bushings - but WAIT til you get NEW tires & see if u can get a deal for under $200.

QUESTION on Swapping Lower Control Arm Bushings
Got this response from a neighbor who's a mechanic... could y'all plz comment on if this is accurate?
"Do you have the part already? If not make sure you order the one with the bracket. They also sell the bushing without the bracket and that needs to be pressed in".

Yes, it is accurate, at least for the FIGS LCA bushings. I ordered with the bracket, so made it a simple swap I did in my garage, no need to find a place to do the pressing.
