Hello,

I am fixing to pull the trigger on a 2017 IS200 Base Model, 24K miles. Just wondering if there is anything I should look out for, or if there are any common issues with this year model. Also, how is the engine in terms of reliability? This will be my first engine with turbo, so am a little nervous about its longevity. Thanks!

I have a '17 IS200T 200t Fsport , about to roll 39k, absolutely zero issues. This engine is in several Lexus and proven to be very reliable, some early model 2016 owners saw small issues, but nothing catastrophic. I love daily driving the car, the turbo provides great bottom end torque down low (more than the 350 in lower RPMS ) which makes in town driving/merging into traffic great.
