I recently did a spark plug change for a 2014 Lexus Is 250, After changing it the check engine light came on and threw a code p2017, I double checked everything to see if everything was connected properly, I didn't see any signs of loose wiring. The car drives fine and probably even better than before but I just don't know if I should keep driving it and hope it goes away by itself or it's something I should be worried about, any suggestions would be helpful thank you!
The code is for the Swirl Valve voltage being high...which usually is a good indication it's not plugged in.
Check and make sure it's plugged in. It's a screencap from a Youtube video (about timestamp 1:30):
Assuming the code wasn't there before the plugs were changed, either the connector is not plugged in all the way or possibly the connector/wires are damaged.
