Hi, every time i press the key fob to LOCK the car it beeps & locks, but then a second later, it beeps 3 times & UN-locks.

Any1 know what's causing this, or how to fix? Add lights flash to all beeps above.

First guess is that there is another key in the car, so it's unlocking the door as to not lock the key in the car.
Have you misplaced a key recently?

 

No other key nearby, very sudden, and annoying when out & about.

Not certain if the key fob battery is low coz it seems strong enuff.

Some1 said door lock actuator issues which i HATE!!

 

Door lock actuator is also a possibility.

If there is a day that it's doing it consistently, try rolling all the windows down and locking the car.
Observe the interior locks by the handles to see if one of them doesn't actually lock...having the windows down will help you see inside better to observe the locks.
You might get lucky and see one of the locks not move, or move partially...that would be the one with the actuator issue.
