Default Maintenance items as you reach 100K

Hi,

Long-time lurker, first-time registered user. I tried to search for this info, but was getting bits and pieces of information — feel free to point me to a sticky that I probably missed.

I have a 2014 RWD IS250 that I bought CPO with less than 20K on the clock. After the 4 included services ran out, I did all the maintenance. I was religious about oil changes, and making sure all the scheduled maintenance was up to date. I changed the plugs at 60K, and swapped the front struts and rear shocks at 90K, along with the upgrade to the RC-F LCA bushings in the front.

Now that I'm at 96K, wondering what preventative maintenance is advised? I'm thinking of the following:
  • coolant flush
  • upper and lower rad hoses
  • water pump
  • transmission fluid
  • diff fluid
  • belts?
I'm not including normal wear items which I am on top of, but I am confused that there are no critical maintenance items that are due. The car has been amazing and I want to keep it this way for a tad longer.

Thanks!

I am. But the only definite items are plugs at 60K and coolant at 100K. I am also not sure where you are getting 40K service intervals for Iridium plugs.

Agreed, especially with synthetics. I used to run Redline in the Impreza and sending out oil for analysis to Blackstone Labs, and the feedback was always "you really ought to extend the oil change interval, the oil is still good".

I know it says that the Tranny is sealed and can't be flushed but others have done it and they know that the fluid looks old. At 100k miles, i would look at an independent shop to do a tranny flush as tranny fluid doesn't last the lifetime of the car.
Make absolutely sure to use the toyota tranny fluid which is expensive but designed for that car.

Wouldn't do a flush but a drain and fill a few times to minimize the risk of issues
