The gear shift lever on the CLA250 is a joke disaster waiting to happen, imagine going to hit the wipers and putting the car into R or N. Also, this may not need to be said if it's more common knowledge, but the CLA250 is a FWD-based piece of crap that just happens to have the MB star on it. Its AWD system doesn't even come anywhere close to the capability of the Lexus system, which is fully mechanical, full-time (30% front 70% rear) and can modulate the torque split up to 50/50.

Toyota used to have a really cool AWD system called ATTS I think, used in their rally sport cars.
I wish they implemented something like that in the 3is...the AWD is more than capable...I’ve driven it through 3 hardcore Canadian winters no prob...just wish it had torque vectoring or maybe some LSD’s.
