I tend to like skirts that are a bit more simple, like the first 80% of the prototype shown. Too many people offer a skirt with a portion that kicks up towards the end.

That being said, the problem here is that the kicked up portion doesn't flow with the car's natural lines. I attached an image to illustrate what I'm referring to. The 2nd image is Artesian I believe. Not my style, but I just included it to show that their skirt at least flows with the lines on the rear door.

Anyways... Just offering feedback.
