No signal on 10.25 in Qualcomm android unit
Just finished installing my 10.25 android wireless CarPlay unit, everything went smoothly and everything is plugged in. I am getting absolutely no audio what so ever from the unit itself. I am only getting audio from the OEM Lexus interface which I can’t even see actually, when I click on CAR, it brings me to a no signal page when I am supposed to be seeing my OEM Setup screen. Any help?

To access to OEM screen press and hold the home button in your center console for about 3 seconds, holding it again brings android back up
You will need to choose if you want to route your audio through the OEM or the android unit. Some people prefer one way or the other as some units don't have as good a Bluetooth audio quality as the OEM unit does, so they (including me) use the OEM Bluetooth connection to play audio and use my android screen for everything else.
But you can run audio to the unit itself if you wish. Go into the Bluetooth settings on the the unit and your phone and pair them, you may even need to disconnect the Bluetooth connection to your Lexus.

I actually connected my phone to the unit itself and no audio at all. I have wireless CarPlay version. I definitely messed something up and I don’t know what it is because the YouTube videos I watch, people can play it through localhost. I can’t access the OEM screen what so ever. It just says no signal every time I try to do so.
Well even though most of these android units have a lot if common when it comes to functions and settings, there are some quirks and different options with different models, I do not have the Qualcom unit, also, I don't use my unit for audio so I do not know how to troubleshoot this further so I am unsure what advice to give now , sorry, hopefully someone with that unit or has experienced a similar issue may be able to chime in.

You mentioned that you are getting audio through the OEM system, that means it's connected to your Lexus Bluetooth still, your phone is likely giving that connection priority over the HU connection. Try disconnecting the Bluetooth from your phone and your lexus and see if your HU picks up the audio.
Also holding the home button right above your touchpad/jog wheel/joystick for 3 seconds doesn't take you to OEM page?

I'd contact the supplier who sold you the unit and see if you can get some tech support to help trouble shoot.
Maybe they sent the wrong version harness, maybe you missed a connector somewhere or not all the way snapped in / loose. From everything you have described so far (audio and backup cam problems), this unit is clearly either not hooked up correctly, the wrong version for your car, or a defective unit. I think the unit being defective is the least likely, since everything else on the unit is working except audio and backup cam, which both of those signals are for sure dependent of the connections / harness being correct.
You mentioned you have joystick control, did you order the version specific for the joystick?
Edit: I looked up the Qualcomm unit, it's pretty much the same as most of the others out there (as far as how it's connected), but there is 3 different harness types (based on what control you have) and then also there is ML and Non ML version. Maybe you ordered the wrong harness, or they sent the wrong one by mistake.

correct, used a voltage tester in the blue wire and it didint read any volts. I got it replaced by Lexus real quick. Messed up some pins from yanking it too hard. Does wireless CarPlay audio cut in and out and is super laggy for you guys too? Now I’m having that issue after the first issue.
