I love my car and it ticks every box but a problem I’ve begun to notice is the paint is way to soft or bad. I’m no paint expert but I did have a cla (a far cheaper car) and didn’t get a single rock chip going the exact same route to work. My IS has chips everywhere I’m tired of filling them in the fenders get chipped down to bare metal sometimes. The front bumper along the bottom lip is completely trashed and it looks like a rash. I’m honestly disappointed I got the car from a old person who never drove it so ik for a fact it didn’t have these chips before. For such a elite brand I’m shocked at how ****ty the paint is. Now that my rant is over how do I fix this. I want to keep the car for a long time but can’t stand to look at all the chips.

Respray, wait 30 day for paint to cure, then have PPF the front end. PPF should be good for 10yrs before needing to be replace or remove.
