Quick question for y'all, any of these 194/168 bulbs manage to not flicker for the sun visors?
Those slowly come on and I'm having trouble finding LED bulbs that don't flicker when dimmed.

My Sylvania Zevo don’t flicker at all. I use them in the footwell as well and they work flawlessly

A word of advice to anyone doing it though, make an effort to tape the edge of the twilight, especially the edge under the light that belongs to the bumper. I accidentally managed to do a small nick in the pain there and I’m going to buy some touch up paint to touch it up. Other than that, it was flawless. I would also suggest putting some straps of tape on the side to pull the taillights out. And lastly, I’d suggest unhooking the harness from the small hook that it has, in order to be able to install the new bulb. Once it’s in, you can put the harness back on the hook.

Still working well ~5 months later? Considering buying these.

after months of procrastinating i finally ordered them! will report back once i get them installed. 7400as for the front and rear turn signals (unfortunately i was not lucky enough to get the triple beams) and 194as for the door projectors. i personally like the solid white for the projectors over the logo.

I actually like the look. Do you think it matters if I have a lease?

I doubt it... But it's so easy that you could honestly just switch it back before you trade it in.

I figured. Did you install yours already? And if you don't mind me asking, where did you purchase them?

Yeah I already installed mine. I bought the turn signals from Amazon and I locally picked up the door projection leds from advanced auto parts.

I found them on Amazon but it says "rear turn signals only" not the front. I thought front and rear were the same size?

They are. It worked fine for me and plenty of other people.

Thank you. The front was an easy install. What did you have to do to install them in the rears? The cover comes right off?

I just installed these VLEDS extreme ones

https://www.vleds.com/shop-applicati...it-a-7443.html

on my 2023 IS 350 WITHOUT triple beam headlights.

No resistor needed, no hyper flash

The front passenger side is very easy to install, front driver side washer fluid tube is in the way, I can see someone with big hands might find it hard to do, I managed without removing it and ended up getting cuts and scratches, but worth it.

Rear 2 is a PITA, after trying to grab it from behind, I found the best way to get the OE housing out is to stand on the side of the car pushing the housing towards the rear of the car. Inside of the housing clearance is a little tight, but just nicely tuck away the connectors and then reinstall the housing, not a problem.
