That user interface alone is enough to have me say NO.
That's what I perceive.

(From a happy Lexion unit user)
I bought my Lexion unit before I even took delivery of my CPO 2016 IS200t.

I own both, bought and paid for myself (happy to show PayPal receipts. I took my Lexion unit out after they stopped responding.

There were lots of things I liked about the Lexion unit but several on the forums are having issues, several have filed PayPal disputes and several people are frustrated at the lack of real support from Lexion.

Sorry to hear that, anyway Lexion is not the original manufacturer, Binary/Carsyso is.

I know, but Lexion is the vendor, and the company responsible for issues.

I certainly agree with you, could it be related to time zone differences?

Is Korea 2 weeks behind America?

No it isn’t the time zone thing. The guy will go days without responding, now he won’t respond to several of us. For some, it’s been several weeks

based on your experience, I edited my earlier reply and removed the Lexion name. Wouldn't recommend a seller without after sales support.

I've been looking into the Road Top system and looked all over CL. A lot of the posts were from 2020 and came across a few of your replies as well.Seems a lot of the past issues were resolved from this latest reply of yours, and I am close to buying this unit via eBay.
  1. Is the menu selection issue fixed where people were saying that it had high sensitivity?
  2. Are you primarily using wireless carplay or wired now? Can you speak about the lag for wireless carplay or any other issues you've experienced? One of your earlier posts mentioned you preferred wired.
  3. What iPhone are you using?
  4. Any other issues to be aware of?

Thank you!!!

My car is a 2016 IS200t, base version with the 7" display screen that does NOT come with navigation and it uses the rotary **** instead of mouse-like thingy. I installed the Carplay/AA module myself and I would say if I can do it, anyone can do it. It is tedious, but not difficult and can be done in 3 hours in a no-rush manner. I only got the carplay module and not the big-screen that is also a touchscreen, which is another model altogether.

1) The startup-to-connection to my iphone takes 15-20s tops and wirelessly connected automatically everytime. (It has already been a year since I installed it)
2) Reverse camera displays fine and works as per factory when reverse gear is engaged
3) When in carplay mode, accepting and talking hands-free is routed to the car's bluetooth (gotta set on iphone and the module)
4) Sound quality is same as car's bluetooth when playing back music in CP mode
5) Car's microphone is left untouched when installing it
6) Other than time difference that causes delay from the seller sometimes, they have been very responsive through watsapp, (patience is needed) I have even gotten the latest firmware just last week. (Ver 3.5.0.8.lt.l)

I installed the roadtop unit last week on my 2018 is300 w/ navi and joystick controls. Everything works as intended and haven't ran into any issues yet. The joystick is a pain to use but there's a setting you can change on the unit to have better controls. I believe its "remote lever"

Can you further elaborate this? Where can we find this "remote lever" in the setting?

That's good to hear! And you use wireless carplay with it or wired?

Thank you for the response!
