Throttle Body Cleaning questions
I've been looking to clean my throttle body, just been pushing it back until now. Is it worth it to remove it or just to clean it with the flap open? Moreover, is there any kind of TB cleaner anyone recommends, or am I good just picking up a generic one from Autozone? I know some people disconnect the battery but is that only if I were to remove the TB?
Lastly, is there anything else to clean while I'm already there? I changed the sparkplugs not too long ago (should have just cleaned the TB when I was already there, to be honest).
Appreciate the help!

I use CRC TB Cleaner and remove the battery to be safe. I have not heard any one losing their fingers while cleaning throttle body but better safe than sorry. For me, it's not worth remove it due to the the required work involved.
You will need to do an idle relearn after this.

There's one posted in youtube but it's just same thing as;
1. Wait for the car to warm up and park it on a flat surface.
2. Press or enable parking brake
3. Switch the car to Drive and let go of the brake - make sure your parking brake is enough to hold the car not to roll. Wait for 10 minutes.
5. After 10 minutes, put the car to Neutral and turn off the car.
6. Start the car, switch back to park and rpm should be in low 1K
