No Sound, AMP is OK
Guys, hello everyone! I know these topics have already been raised, and I have already read everything. The problem is this. Ifell into a deep hole and immediately the sound disappeared, the volume is not available, the equalizer is not available. In the service menu AMP is OK. I check all the wires to the amplifier, the power is coming, the speakers are all right. I tried an amplifier from GS, the connectors are the same, the result is the same, there is no sound. Everything else in the audio system works. The audiosystem is Pioneer. Did anyone have such problems? How did you decide? Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum!
What vehicle do you have?
Did you try your Amp in the GS?

Is your vehicle an IS300h? I'm assuming it is.
The Radio controls the Amp to turn it on and off.
By your description of the issue, it sounds like the Radio does not see the Amp is connected to the Audio system...even though the diagnostic mode says the Amp is OK.
The issue is either the Radio or the wires from the Radio to the Amp.
The wires from the Radio to the Amp run down the center console below the shifter and storage bin.
You may want to check and see if all the connectors are properly connected.
This post might give you a better idea of what I'm trying to say...it's for a 2006 IS250, but it's basically the same as a 3IS:https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...l#post11197161
