I recently got a 4th gen 2021 is350 and have been looking at mods for the car. I come to this forum a lot as there are many lexus owners with plenty of experience here. However, all of the 4th gen lexus post have been made on the 3rd gen sub because there’s no 4th gen sub. I don’t want to have to filter out previous gen posts when browsing for mods or discussions for my car lol. Maybe there’s something I’m missing and there’s a top secret 4th gen forum that I haven’t found yet. Anyways, can someone pls make a 4th gen sub?

There is no 4th gen. There was a thread a ways back that coined the term "3.5 gen." The current IS was a "facelift" redesign mostly skin deep, not a redesign from the ground up. There was an article today from lexus enthusiast that the next gen IS is likely to be coming in 2025 as an electric only powertrain.

The chassis designation and powertrain are still 3rd Gen

Although there have been a few revisions since 2014, it’s mostly the same since then, with improvements made.
