Default Coilovers 2014 IS 350

Hello I was thinking of getting BC Racing coilovers for my 2014 Lexus IS 350. I was wondering if getting coilovers messes with the Adaptive Variable Suspension. And what problems could arise.

^^ I am far from an expert but all I know for sure is that coilovers will deactivate your AVS - Lowering springs wouldn't but personally, coilovers are the best way to go if you want to lower your car. They offer a better balance and flexibility.

The connectors for the AVS get disconnected. No lights or anything, just zip tie them.

Good choice going with coilovers, springs should not be an option since the car is a 2014, not that new and the OEM dampers have most likely reached the end of their useful service life.

The are coilovers that will retain use of the factory AVS system...I would suggest reaching out to @Meraki Autoworks

BC will make the AVS system useless. RSR makes coilovers that retain the AVS but are more expensive by almost $1k.

Let me know if you have any questions.
