AWD Wheel Spacers Help!

AWD Wheel Spacers Help!
So I know there are a bunch of threads on this topic already but there are a couple questions that I have which I haven't been able to find a concrete answer for. First off I was told that if my car is AWD (which it is) then I need to run the same size spacer all around. I wanted to run 25mm in the front and 20mm in the rear but I also don't want to mess anything up with the AWD system. Does anyone know if I can run 25mm in the front and 20mm without any issues on an AWD 3is?
After installing the spacers do I need an alignment? I've heard mixed answers with some people saying that I do need an alignment and others saying I don't... I currently don't have an issues with the car and no inner tire wear (I know its caused by the LCA bushings) and I don't want to introduce any problems or excessive wear if I can just get an alignment.
I also heard mixed inputs about if I will rub if I run RSR Downs with 25mm in the front and 20mm. Does anyone with an AWD 3is have this same setup and can let me know their personal experience?
If anyone has recommendations on spacers please let me know. I know the general consensus is that H&R are the best but was wondering if there are any other ones that people recommend? (I drive rather hard and fast so I'd like a set that is strong and can handle anything I throw at it without worrying if it'll break)
Thank you!
Side info: Car is completely stock with stock F-Sport rims

Does anyone know if I can run 25mm in the front and 20mm without any issues on an AWD 3is? Yes you can.
After installing the spacers do I need an alignment? That's subjective...'need' is maybe the wrong word, 'suggested' is probably a better word. If you haven't had an alignment in the last 2-3 years, then I strongly recommend getting the alignment after everything is installed.
I also heard mixed inputs about if I will rub if I run RSR Downs with 25mm in the front and 20mm. Does anyone with an AWD 3is have this same setup and can let me know their personal experience? This is really vehicle specific. The 25mm in the front will be fine, but it seems hit or miss with the 20mm in the rear. For some it's no problem, and for some they would rub on one side. It's really vehicle specific.

I ran RSR down springs on AWD 25mm front and 20mm rear, no rub. I would stick with H&R spacers because they are the best built (especially if you are driving hard) and are a known brand, and hub centric, which means you will not have any vibration.
I only put a few thousand miles on mine and swapped to aftermarket wheels, I can send you pics and sell it to you cheaper than brand new ones, DM me if interested or any other questions

You should have no issues running any spacers on AWD, I run 20mm front and 15mm rear, but I went more on the safe and conservative side. Can't give you input about lowered cars, as mine is still stock. Regarding the brand of spacers, I ran cheap spacers I ordered from Amazon and ebay for a year, I had zero issues, 15mm spacers are a little tough to find that is why initially I went for some cheap 15mm spacers for the rear, the spacers themselves were fine, but the nuts that came with the spacers were a nightmare, you can't torque or tighten them to spec because of how bad the material was, I ended up having to chisel out a nut to take it off. Later on I bought H&R 15mm spacers that I found, and I wish I have done that from the beginning, H&R has good quality and you can tell that they are solid compared to anything cheap you buy. I do also drive hard and fast, and thankfully the cheap spacers held up fine but I feel it was only a matter of time that is why I spent the extra and got a reputable spacer.

Stock F Sport wheels yes, no issues with studs and flush, I am running 265/35/18 though as compared to stock 255.
flush fitment, but I do have 265/35/18 in the rear not stock 255/35/18.
