Default Air and Cabin filters

Hi,

It's time to do my 24k maintenance on my 2018 IS, has anyone tried these air and cabin filters?...are their any concerns with them?
I am not looking for perfection but if there are no issues with them no point in paying top dollar for filters, especially for the cabin.

Air
Amazon Amazon

Cabin
Amazon Amazon

thx

Cabin https://www.amazon.ca/POTAUTO-Filter.../dp/B07FVT4XCG

thx
That cabin air filter looks correct, however the OEM one also has charcoal in it for filtration.
The reason I say ‘it looks correct’ is that I bought a different brand on Amazon, and it didn’t fit. The ‘folds’ ran the wrong direction. The filter carrier has some internal ribs that need to fit between the fan folds.
I returned it, and ordered one from an auto parts place (Advance Auto) that has a location near me. It didn’t fit either. The guy in the store checked all the different brands they had in the store that were supposed to fit my 2014 IS350, and they were all wrong.
Gave up and bought one from the Lexus dealer in town.

geez, thanks for the feedback.
I might just let my mechanic order the filters then.

Ill recommend k&N air and cabin filter.. u can re wash them and re use it... ull save money in long run, i had mine for 4yrs, but just recently my air filter just got damaged, had to buy new one, i re wash and reuse them every oil changed 5k miles... driving 08 lexus gs 350 with 180k miles on it and still powerly run like new, but im pretty sure K&N have right fitting for yours.

I second this.

Have them for both cabin and intake, wash and re-oil regularly. They make the cabin smell great.

I used that cabin filter brand on my RSX, it worked great!

I'm going to get it for the IS when the time comes. You can't go wrong at that price.
