How often do you guys change your oil on your IS

I've never changed the oil on my IS.

Depends on lots of factors, dino oil or synthetic? How do you drive? What’s the environment like, hot?
I change mine once a year with synthetic, should be good for 10k miles, normal driving, and only exceeded the 10k one time.

10K as per manufacturer but a lot of people say changing it earlier is better. I'm probably going to do every 7-8k moving forward.
Full synthetic is good for 10k miles, anyone changing it at 5K is beyond me

16k km is fine. (That's approximately 9941 miles. In the US we have a 10,000-mile interval.) If you are driving in extreme conditions, i.e. tracking the car or driving on dirt roads regularly, adjust accordingly.
I've changed the oil on my '21 IS 350 at 5k miles and 10k miles and plan to stick to 10k going forward. I just like to do the first one a little early on brand-new cars, plus I was enjoying the car a lot lol.

10k km or every 6 months regardless. I only use fully synthetic Shell Helix Ultra or Mobil1, whichever is on sale.

I change mine every 5,000 using full synthetic. Is it overkill--yep. Do I mind--nope. Quality oil is cheap these days and if I do an extra change or two a year, it's worth it IMHO.

I’ll add that I normally never come close to 10k miles per year (more like 4-5k) as the IS is my winter car, and I change the oil in the spring (last year was exceptional and had to drive it all year due to a family health issue). Right now it sits on a battery maintainer and only gets moved if I need access to something it blocks in the garage.

Something I learned recently is that cold starts have an impact on oil life more so than actual miles do. So if you take repeated longer trips infrequently, you can probably stretch the oil longer than if you're taking lots of short trips every week. That said, if you're commuting 50 miles each way versus 10 miles each way, you still are going to have two cold starts per day. But, you can probably get away with more miles in between for the 50-mile case, since the oil is spending less time heat cycling relative to mileage.
(Of course, engine load, etc. plays into this... so the above is assuming similar driving technique and conditions.)

no need to think. between 5 and 7.5k miles is good. technically you're likely ok going to mfr oci of 10k, but personally i wouldn't. just feels wrong. oil is cheap anyway.

16000 km is way too long unless you're doing a lot of highway driving. I do mine every 4 months / 5000 ~ 6000 km with full synthetic 5W-30 (the specified oil for the 2GR before 2014 and the new EPA targets)
Everyone's driving habits will differ, their regions are different, as are the temperature ranges, humidity, traffic conditions and who knows what other factors. I think that it is borderline misleading for Lexus to recommend a 16000 km interval and apply it to everyone, when people should consider their driving situation and reduce it accordingly. Someone driving 5km each way to the office in stop and go traffic, in the summer and winter, will need more frequent oil changes than another person driving the same car 100km each way to their job.
