So after I went to my Lexus dealer and thankfully I know the people there and they are extremely chill. What I was able to find out was that he (the parts manager) is unsure if the 0.5mm will matter, he noted that it would be fine if it was 0.5mm longer but in our case, the black lugs off of the Toyota vehicles are 0.5mm shorter. He said there is a good chance that it will still work anyways but no guarantees as it might be too short for the stud. He also told me that realistically there is no difference between lug nuts in terms of quality which was extremely surprising. According to him, eBay/amazon lug nuts are just as good in terms of physical quality (not including the finish so paint, chrome, etc.). Despite me believing him and others, it's honestly astonishing that lug nuts that cost $30ish for the whole set are just as good as OEM ones that are over $100 if you wanted a whole set. I understand that OEM parts are always much more expensive but still, usually with OEM parts you expect good quality (especially from Lexus/Toyota) since the same company that made the car is giving you the parts. As I said previously in the thread, I drive very spiritedly a lot of the time so I don't want to worry about my wheel coming off when I'm driving.
I know I was linked to amazon lugs by someone in the thread and I'll take a look at them but if anyone else has suggestions on black lug nuts that are good please drop them in the thread, preferably with a matching set of wheel locks, thank you!

I think you have all the info you need here in this thread, just go do some research and pick a set that’s correct for your application. Your wheel will only fall off if you don’t mount it back on right. Most lugs will be fine. If you know your stud thread pattern and the kind of seat you need for your wheels that’s all the information you need to go buy the correct set.
