P160400 Startability malfunction
Hello ,
I own a lexus is300 2018 and i have a problem while start the car , the problem as it mention in the video below , the car try to start or it delay to start or it make multi start
this issue in my car for 3 months and every time we change deferent part to investigate the problem trying to trouble shoot the issue.
the parts which have been changed:
1- starter motor
2- spark plug
3- fuel filter and pump.
and tell now still have the problem .
so please if anyone who have face the same problem or know the solution please advice.

I wasn't able to see the videos, but I'm wondering if this has anything to do with the battery. How old is your battery and when was it last changed?
Have you tested the rest voltage vs. voltage when the car is on? Voltage should not be anything under 12V cold and if it is, your battery is low on charge and may not be producing enough juice to start the car. When the car is on, the voltage should read 14V or higher.

If there is a possible way to send you the video so you can watch it because i send it to many workshops and nobody know how to solve it
