Default Connected battery backwards. Relay? Fuse?

Hello everyone,
There was an accident where my 18 year old son connected the battery backwards on my 2014 Lexus is250 (3rd gen) after putting the battery correctly, it is now acting up with different malfunctions. For example, it doesn’t recognize when the key is nearby to turn on the vehicle. I have to put the key fob directly on the push start button so it can turn on. When It turns on, all these different signals pop up on my dash (check abs brake override system, brake malfunction) and my a/c and radio do not turn on at all. Please help me fix this issue before taking it to a mechanic that wants to charge $1000 plus just because it’s a Lexus.
thank you everyone.

Start by checking ALL of your fuses. You have one under the hood and also one on your driver's side (from the steering wheel look left and down - you will need to get on your back and look up). Hopefully this will fix all your issues.
