I noticed after washing my IS this morning that the carbon fiber rear spoiler at the ends is coming off the car. It looks like it is being held down by adhesive. At the ends, it is detaching from the car. I thought I heard a rumor that the carbon fiber rear spoiler is having this issue from the heat and bending. I guess that's why Lexus isn't including it in 2023 models. I'm wondering if this is covered under warranty since the car is barely a year old? Any thoughts?

yes, this is an issue w/ the CF spoilers, but lexus isn't saying anything about it. I know someone that has had a spoiler on backorder for the longest and is covered by the dealership. I would get w/ them asap and let them know.

What do you mean this person had spoiler on backorder for the longest time? Another carbon fiber spoiler to replace it?

Im just looking for clarity so I know what to do going into the dealership. I don't want them to just blow me off.

Yes. It is part of the Dynamic Handling Package or can be optioned.
