Default Winter tires for 2022 IS350 AWD

Sorry if this has been discussed but Ive got a 2022 is350 AWD and was surprised that I can't find any winter tires for the rears. There are options for the front 235/40 R19s but not rear 265/35 R19s. Winter is coming and we can get pretty nasty snow where I live...im willing to buy new wheels if I need to but wondering if anyone else has a setup on this vehicle that has worked? Which wheels sizes would work all around?

The IS300 AWD has 235/45 R18s all around and lots of options for winter tires.

So if I go to tire rack and just select any tire and wheel package for is300 then it should work? I would think the is350 has the same offset as the is300 but I'm not familiar with that car to know if it's the same. I called tire track and they said they don't know and can't guarantee it will be right.

I’m currently using Michelin Pilot Alpine on my OEM rims. Same 235/40r19 and 265/35r19. Mine is also 2022 IS350 AWD. They work well, they will slide if you are not careful with the throttle but it is very controllable.

As far as I know the brake calipers are exactly the same on the 300 and 350, so yeah, it would work. They are basically the same car.

Doesn't tire rack offer a "downsize" option for winter setups? In that case, they probably would be 235's..

And for driving in snow, you're gonna be better with thinner tires than the OEM 265 rears.

I don't believe those are available anymore for the rears. I checked a bunch of tire sellers online. May i ask where you found them?

I grew up driving in the snow so I'm quite good at managing, but I live out in the very hilly suburbs and they often don't plow well here early enough for me to get to work safely. The width makes me think that it won't be great even with snow tires but I'll take them if I can find them.

They do not. It says to please call customer service when I tried. When I called they said that they haven't come across this car yet to test it to see if it will fit so they can't make that guarantee.

I live in Canada Ontario and I got mine at Kaltire. They should be available, maybe just not in stock. I would suggest you to call different tire stores and ask them to find the spec that fits your oem rims. I just called kaltire and they were able to order them in. Only waited for three days

Maybe Canada is different. I tried every single website online and nobody even lets you order snow tires for this car's rears but maybe a local shop can order them... Of course they charge you top dollar though. Thank you
