Hey guys, Got this error (check engine light) at 48k km ( approx. 30k miles), Don't know if its actuator issue since I've read that Lexus turbo has this common issue. Can anyone help me understand the error properly please. I'm not a car guy so yeah.

p.s. Car is imported from US so dealers in Dubai do not cover any warranty. So please avoid recommending me to check it with dealer under warranty.
