Post Seat heater switch panel

I have searched the forum and cannot find an answer.

My girlfriend recently purchased a base 2019 IS 300. The car was in immaculate condition except for one flaw. The blank panel where non-base models have the seat and steering wheel heater switches has some sort of damage. Looks like maybe something hot was placed there, or glasses left on them when the sun hit it just right I don't know. Anyway, I have searched every OEM parts catalog I could fin and cannot locate the part number for this panel. If anyone can help, I would greatly appreciate it.

Looking for this panel

I could be wrong but I'm almost certain that you would have to replace the whole upper trim piece. So it would require you to take off the media control on the right, remove the shift **** and boot, and a couple of other pieces if I remember correctly. It isn't a hard process but I personally think the work and the cost of buying the whole trim piece isn't worth it. But if you insist on doing it here is the part number 58804-53250. I double-checked the part number that I gave you in order to make sure its the one without the buttons for seats and steering wheel but still do your own due diligence to confirm.

Sidenote: I have an IS that has all the options so I'm not sure if the process is different for the trim panel that you have but I strongly doubt it would be different.
