I recently bought the D3 Tuner for my 2019 IS300 AWD and made sure everything was good, but when I tried to write my stock tune onto the device but I got an error code saying that the vehicle was unsupported. Has anyone else had this issue?

AFAIK, no one cracked the 2GR-FKS ECU yet. D3 has been claiming to have it, but still never seen a real life case.

Ask them directly, maybe your device needs updating, or maybe they lied. You'll know pretty quick!

You're having a problem with a D3 product? Well posting here is definitely the right thing to do, did you also post to the facebook groups? should be tons of D3 employees there.
