Default Big Brakes

Surfing around the net and saw these. Too expensive for me, but I’ll wait for the prices to come down and others to test them out…

I wonder if the rear calipers have the e-brake actuator on like the stock ones. also, if it attaches to the knuckle w/o the use of Phi's adaptors.

I highly doubt it. And will have to use their brackets.

this is the response i received from Figs CS concerning the e-brake: "yes the rear hats feature an exclusive bi-metal cast iron sleeve to retain the parking brake. The calipers are plug and play."

now, who wants to be the guinea pig?!?!

Looks like Tom's JPN are going to coming out with their new Brembo collaboration kit for the 500 at some point: 380mm's 6-piston https://tomscars.tomsracing.co.jp/brembo/

Also making full assortment of products for the platform:

https://www.tomsracing.co.jp/sv/phot...es/IS_2021.pdf
https://completecar.tomsracing.co.jp...letecar/is300/

Hopefully Apex'i can get distribution of all the parts.

That is great news! I was waiting for Tom's exhaust, but might go with Revel soon. Now we will have good options for brakes though!

It's always been my understanding that the reason why Brembo BBK's cost so much is because their rotors are cast with the holes in it, not drilled after the fact. Cast>drilled. Surprised they are boasting that the rotors are drilled.
