Default Floor Bump

Got my 2023 IS 500 brand new and noticed a pretty large bump on the floor of driver's side, middle of the floor to door sill. No noticeable damage under the car. Underneath the floor mat to the right of the bump I feel something solid running vertically down to the driver's seat. Also similar bump on passenger side by the door sill as well but way way smaller in comparison. Is this normal or is this a crushed floor pan? I haven't jacked the car at all so it would had to have occurred at the dealer?

Well you had me curious so I went out to my car, lifted up the floor mat, and felt around. It certainly isn't flat but there aren't any concerning bumps. You would never feel it under mats. I dont suppose you could capture a photo of what you're talking about?

Haha mine is pretty noticeable over the mats but it kinda feels like air underneath or something. Tried to see if I could put some weight on it to flatten it but didn't work lol. I can try to get some pics but I'm not sure it'll be that noticeable on camera.
I was scouring some forums and some people are saying it's crushed floor boards from improper car jacking but apparently normal in Honda Civic forums.

I have all weather mats. Maybe it's more noticeable on carpet mats. To elaborate on what I felt: There seemed to be panels on the floor that were raised higher than others, but they were all ultimately pretty flat. Nothing that felt like a bump or hill. You're saying yours was worse than feeling like different-level panels?

Very hard to see in pic. I believe I felt the vent duct to the right of the bump.

Is it a bump or a bulge? See a doctor just in case.

It's just a small bump, nothing to go bothering a doctor about.
