Scraped Under Bumper
Had a friend drive my car and while coming back, accidentally scrapped my under bumper on the curb on the front. Any way I can fix or it just forget about it since it’s not visible from the front?
also is there a scrap guard or anything you can recommend so dosent happen again.

^^ I agree, no one will see that so I wouldn't bother having that repaired. As far as what can you do to prevent that from happening, there isn't any gizmos that would save you from such situation so the best advice is always be careful when close to curbs or go slow on steep driveway/entrances....assuming of course that you haven't lowered your car.
The only thing I would keep an eye out for is to see if your driver side bumper will experience any separation - A lot of people have stated that the clips are weak and any pressure/force applied to the bumper may make it come apart. Yours is a 2023 correct? If so, that MY may not be affected by this issue and quite honestly, the whole front apron separation seems to have subsided also, I don't hear about it as much.
I am truly sorry for your situation, I know it is annoying knowing it's there and such, especially when you weren't the one that caused it but take comfort in knowing no one will know about it except you and the tech working on your car.

The only solution I can see is getting a new friend lol. This man set out on a mission to F it up as much as possible lol.
But in all honesty. The first one hurts the most, the rest don't even matter. Don't sweat it. Might be the first, but won't be the last.

I did this to my IS 350 - though admittedly, not nearly as much of a scrape - like 2 months into ownership. I felt pretty dumb. But I had to crouch down and stick my head under the car to see it. It didn't bother after, like, 2 days out from then.
At least it's plastic under there and not metal... otherwise, yeah, you'd need to fix it to prevent corrosion.
From the size of the scrape on your car, your friend grossly misjudged the speed/distance.

That Motor Frontier Page should just be called myreasonsnottobuyanis500.com It's so weird to me as it seems to be 90%+ the reason for it's existence. I read it over but I still love my IS 500 so mission accomplished?
