Technically the spacers are between the hubs and wheels thereby pushing out the wheels AND tires .

I suppose youre not wrong, the tires are pushed out as a result of the spacers being installed. But the question was, "what's the purpose of the spacers?" Purpose of spacers is to push out the wheel.

Just trying to help that member get the most accurate answer.

Sorry guys,, thanks for the passionate answer. Here I go again. So they have nothing to do with putting the springs on? I see people doing them together often, so I thought they were necesary for the springs. Considering the springs. Do not want the spacers.

Thank you

No need for the spacers. Many people do them so the wheels and tires don't look 'tucked in' when the car is sitting lower and the alignment of the wheels/tires with the wheel openings is more obvious.

Got mine just shy of 2 weeks ago. So far just the basics: 30% ceramic tint all around with the exception of the front done in 80% ceramic. Vantrue N4 Pro dash cam, Android Auto wireless adapter, and Aukey phone mount installed as well. Next up is replacing some of the incandescent bulbs with LEDs. Not sure what I'll do beyond that - besides wanting those little tweaks, this car is pretty much 'the total package' for me!

Still have it. If you look closely, the AVS wires run through the side opening on both sides.

I like that. Good on them for making it look so clean.

Do you guys ever have clearance issues/close calls with the swift lowering springs? Thinking of getting a set but really don’t want to feel anxious about scraping

Did you happen to weigh the factory installed battery?
