It was originally for my Spyder, but since I sold the car, I found it can also be used for the Lexus as well. It's the same concept as the CD player phone mount but secured in between the console and knee pad, like you noticed.
Oh snap this is great! I had seen these before and I contacted asking them to make one for the Lexus IS but they never responded. It's good to know that the Spyder one fits. When you say "secured" does it bolt onto something or is it just basically held in by the pressure? Any modification needed? And does the actual phone mount portion come off so I can replace it with a magsafe puck? I want to avoid adding a plate to my phone if I can. Any vibrations? Thanks in advance.

The one I got is the Universal one with sliding brackets to hold the phone in place. Not magnetic. Solid and no vibrations whatsoever in my experience. It's held in place securely by pressure between the slot. No modifications. Easiest DIY you will ever do.

Nothing like what Arentz got. But just drives me crazy when you find the perfect parking spot and some moron in a beat up old Dodge Caravan parks right next to you. LOL.

That sucks! I always try to park next to ... no one, or else, people with nice-looking/clean cars that I suspect will not door-ding me. I hate parking in tight parking decks where it seems like a door ding would be inevitable unless I pull the car out before getting in. But, I can't trust my parking-deck neighbors to do the same. It never ends.

Door edge film does help at least on the mistakes part. Gas station pumps and walls shouldn't be a problem as long as you're relatively gentle.

What I did today was drive it, duh. When I started the car I was greeted with 1,111 miles. So now I'm waiting for 2,222, but 2,112 will be a Rush!

MODERATOR EDIT. Macmaster exit this thread. No need to go thread to thread constantly putting down other members vehicles and modifications. Going to start booting you each time it happens.

Fancy spacers! Do the titanium bolts have more usage than stock? If I remember right, you can only torque them so many times before replacing them.

As far as I know, Acers Titanium Bolts or Lugs can be used as many times as Steel.

Thanks!

It's B O N O S S. Go to their website. Club Lexus platform does not allow the link to be pasted. I think because the name is suggestive of **** site

More info on this spacer at the website. You can then order them on eBay.
