Default Mud Guards

Mud guard/rock catcher install day. Super-easy; took around a minute, per. And, yeah, GHOST is filthy; bath day is scheduled this week ahead of a road trip (one of the motivators for the install), and then another, after.

Do you have a profile pic? Do they come flat or are they curved to match the wheel well?

A mod on one of the IS500 Facebook Groups ("LEXUS IS500 F SPORT PERFORMANCE OWNERS CLUB") had them made, and I purchased a spare set from her. She's out of stock, now, but another mod in the group is having some that are like-it-but-different made (he's currently taking orders for the 2nd resupply). His /nick here is ILikeRed.

I didn't take one at the time and it's dark now, but they came flat but have enough flex to them to (nearly) conform to the shape of the well (and would probably conform even better if I spent a little more time with them, but I just wanted them on). After install, they've got a slight curve to them, not completely vertically rigid at all.

It was this picture that made me wonder. The shadow looks like there's a gap between the guard and the fender.

Here you go: gap rear (first photo) and gap front (second photo).

Gap, rear.

Gap, front.
