Ti has great properties...it really doesn't absorb heat, but it reflects heat.

I think this shows it's not doing a whole lot. It looks cool though.

Is that a driver's side IS-F brake caliper? Does this mean the backorder on those is being fulfilled?

Just noticed the red line increases as the csr warms up. Warm up the ride first

You just noticed? I always thought it was super cool. It was one of the things I looked forward to when getting mine - but of course, to me the oil temp gauge is even more important.

When it's cold out, mine has like a 3500 RPM redline before it rises!

Finally, got my lazy *** up and worked on the BBK setup during the Thanksgiving break.

1. RC F orange caliper + RR racing 2 piece rotors:

2. Ordered a BBMS rear kit with an E-brake but the color is way off compared to the RC F orange caliper so decided to color-match it myself. Took me a while to find a similar bright orange as the RC F caliper.
Masked, sanded down, prime coat, orange paint, and then finished it off with clear coat with custom "F" badge.

3. Also installed Figs bushings while at it.

4. Finished BBK! The color matches pretty close to RC F orange.
