Hey all! I'm new to the forums and just got my 500 2 weeks ago. I'm a former Lexus tech and just went to my old shop to have some Continental DWS06 put on (I live in Chicago) and they had a 2022 sitting on a rack being investigated by Lexus engineers. I couldn't get a ton info but it looks like they are very close to finding a permanent fix. My buddy at the shop is gonna keep me posted.

Isn't the front apron separation a panel gap? I don't see him measuring that one. Anyways he sold his car after a month of ownership and purchasing PPF. Another fool in my book.

I apologize I don't give as many updates on the forums, I do most of my stuff on the Facebook groups 😅
Any updates? I am getting close to 45K miles.

I was told early Q1 for the TSB release, target of end of January. I'll call my QA contact in early January for more details

Curious..........with a TSB release in January, does that mean all 2024 production models will have had this issue successfully addressed?

Early 2024s will most likely be completed as a part of the TSB and I'd like to think later 2024s will have the adjustments already. But I can't say for sure honestly

I'll be anxiously awaiting to see what the TSB says is the way to address the issue. I assume because it is only a TSB, they will only "fix" cars that show the sag. Which for some vehicles, may possibly come after any applicable warranty period, implying the fix will be at the owner's expense.

And then wonder what they'll say when they inspect the bumper and see signs of scraping or other minor damage . They've already tried to say that was the original problem with many.
