Yeah I realized no BBS option, so that price is likely about MSRP.

I think that the thing that is going to bother me the most is keeping the external gloss plastics clean and shiny, particularly on the spindle grill. Because it’s so glossy, any amount of dirt shows up really easily. I got caught in rain last night and noticed how much dust and water drips stay there. Noticeable when you’re trying to keep the the car nice and shiny. My previous 15 rc350 was less noticeable, and my 17 rx350 executive was way easier to clean.

Just my 2c 😄

curse of dark colored gloss paints and trims. I"ve noticed that dust doesn't really show on it. Havnen't driven car in wet weather yet, but when i wash the car i blast the front grill will my leaf blower as well as rims, door handles, license plate and cowl. I'll eventually get around to spraying some griots 3&1 on it to help with water beading and dust getting stuck on it.

Glad you mentioned Griots 3 in 1. I’d never heard of it, and bought some randomly as a way to remove bugs and spots from my ceramic coating. So it works well in areas to repel water like the ceramic coating would? I don’t think they ceramic coated the grill so maybe I can use the Griots on that like you said.

If possible, the leaf blower does work really well. I dont even dry my with a towel after I did the ceramic (I did not ceramic the grill). I wash the car and completely dry it with the leaf blower. The grill comes out pretty clean and no water spots.

these new sealant spays are getting close to the more pricy ceramic coatings. On my truck i use Turtle wax seal and shine, and it lasts months and it's cheap enough to use every few washes while drying that would keep it protected year round. I"m moved to Griots 3&1 and it's just as good and lasts forever.

the 3&1 ceramic spray wax: https://www.griotsgarage.com/ceramic-3-in-1-wax/
it really lasts a long time when applied to a bare bones paint as a base layer wax.

Yep that’s it. I’m using it when I want to wipe bugs away or random spots that I notice. Just like a spray or two on a microfiber and a gentle wipe does it! Really happy with the ceramic coating so far on the Incognito.

I'll start off by saying I do love my car- but somethings I would change would be:
-Better/bigger brakes; like I am super salty a hybrid got massive brakes and we got essentially GS350 F Sport brakes. Mediocre. I rectified the fronts already
-No sunglass storage
-No wireless Carplay
-Rear shade and 360 camera buttons are hard to see/reach when driving
-Nuluxe is a cheap material and creases way too easily
-Looks TOO similar to an IS350; should have given us a scoop/vented fenders or something more than a hump and a longer nose.
-LED rear turn signals, like heck that's should be standard in a car of this price range. Also rectified, but annoying.
-No walk away autolock
-Remote start dead on door opening. Why stress the engine like that... just require a key to get it in gear like most other manufacturers...
-HUD

I feel like most of these are not big asks...?

I agree with all of those. And, that it doesn’t seem like a big deal to include those things. I would love to know why they were excluded, because I can’t help but think they considered them but then decided against. Lexus/Toyota is so considerate and intentional in every tiny thing they do, I can’t help but think they have fair reasons (even if only to support their interests) for not including them.
