What do you NOT like about your IS500?

You hit the point they are easy to read and clear on the IS F Sport gauges. I've seen the new ones from BMW with their vertical triangle-ish style and find them overstyled. The only easy to read part is the numbers.
I think the IS gauges are better than the GS F gauges which have a kind of useless speedometer with 10mph resolution. Would it have hurt to add some 5mph dashes in between?
or the IS F which has the same issue but with older 8-bit graphics. But it's the original so I give it a pass.
When I saw this in 2014 I was in love...

I too loved the Fsport gauges in my 2016. Honestly, there was soooo much to be happy with in my 2016 and I’m glad Lexus didn’t rewrite the script for the 500. It’s probably why I love this car so much!

Honestly same and then add to that the sound lol. The BMW one is nice but I find it rather a hassle at times. Too much is going on as well as I can seem to find what I'm looking for. Speaking from past experience daily driving a M440i for a few months.

You can add Yamaha to that list as well lol

As someone who suffers from analysis paralysis, I don't enjoy the lack of consensus on what wheels and snow tires to swap to in the winter. It used to be that I could go to tire rack and plug in my car and it would spit out 5-10 different tire and wheel models and I could reliably narrow it down to like 2 options.
Now - the IS500 has 0 wheels available on tire rack, and 0 winter tires, just all-seasons.
all the research I've done on these forums has a complete split of people trying 18" wheels, 19" wheels, some squared off, some OEM sized. Nobody seems to be 100% confident that the wheels will clear the calipers, and some people seem to think that if I square off the wheels, it'll mess with odometer or suspension.
I just wish there was a bunch of foolproof options for me to choose from, from people who have done the same thing before.

I really liked the gauges in my 2016. I think the aesthetic was a little cleaner, maybe somewhat more reminiscent of the LFA era of Lexus than what we currently have. Though our Sport S+ does look almost exactly like it did in the LFA, which is neat.

The original IS 300 gauges were great but the speedometer was hard to read and only have 10mph dots in between.

Here's a petty complaint: the icon for the car in the app is atomic silver on Enkeis regardless of what you own, nor can I edit the image or upload my own. I used to not care but if you own a late model TTRS, Audi's app will have an icon with your car's actual color.

I think yours is like that because you have a one-off special color.
