from what others are saying they probably will keep the IS500 name plate but instead of the V8, it's gonna be the LS500 twin turbo 3.4L V6

For those thinking Blue Vector will be special for Lexus or different from Toyota's Blue Flame, don't count on it. They are literally the same exact paint code, which is what matters.
Lexus is now using two colors directly from the Toyota palette on the TX: Celestial Silver Metallic and Wind Chill Pearl, so it's already been done.

So in summary, at the launch of the IS500 many of the press cars used for major reviews were Grecian Water, then Lexus proceeds to produce less than 60 of them for the USA, cancel the color, re-introduce a very similar color as a special edition model, plus take one of the previous special edition colors and make it standard making those people's 'limited' cars less special in the process. Meanwhile existing Lexus colors like Flare Yellow and Nori Green are left out. Not mad at all at Blue Vector, it's just a highly odd choice is all. Somebody wrapped their IS500 in Laguna Seca Blue, this is probably pretty spot on for how the Blue Vector cars will look.

I was at my dealer today. Went to the counter to purchase or order the card key. Lady turned the computer so I could read" Not available" . I would like to know how I could get one. They were also good to go with me bringing my own oil and fillter for the next oil change with a reasonable charge for labor.

Poopy brown is not what I would choose for a color.
