I think you have to take your vehicle in to have Lexus take a look it. There must be coding error in your car's computer algorithm. There is no way the IS500 can achieve 80 mpg even under the most extraordinary of eco friendly circumstances. 🤣

Downhill with a tailwind?

While we are adding power folding mirrors it would be nice to have the touch sensors on the back doors. Oh well.

LOL I just got going about 70 then let off the gas, reset the mileage, and waited 😁

I did the opposite getting on the freeway and got a blurry pic of 3.2 mpg lol

Mopar gas mileage! I want to see a 0.1 or a 1.0 just to get the absolute worst.

I use ECO mode a lot around town. It's been fine. No Hives!

Crossed 8,000 yesterday as I pulled in the garage. 18.5 months of ownership. This is how I actually drive... nothing in the center and odometer is off as well, only turned that on for the photo. It goes into manual and/or sport for fun of course 😃 No trolling Tony for this photo lol

I do like having it uncluttered. I guess my OCD dictates that I must have an idea of how much fuel I have left at all times as well as how long I've given it to warm up - therefore, I show the Range and Time Since Start on mine most of the time. I do sometimes pull up the gear position display because I like the way it looks.

Real ones have the G-Force gauge up at all times and are trying to fill it out.

BTW, I added another almost 200 miles this past weekend with the mountain run. So I am up to just over 5,200 already.

Default Feeling peer pressure to drive more!

I am currently at 21 months with my LE at 5892 miles. She is a garage queen for sure and technically my weekend car. However I agree with all the post that suggest I should drive more. As a big fan of Lexus (Dating back to driving my buddies GS400 in the 90's) I have always enjoyed the daily drivability of these cars. I do want to point out that my least used option in this care (which is a first) is the Mark Levinson. I find myself driving for days without even turning on any music because of the amazing sound this car makes. Several others have posted about Sound Therapy. The IS 500 has a PHD in Sound Therapy.

All. Of. This. 🥰

If I’ve assisted in the peer pressure campaign, I’m not ashamed. 😂🤘🏽

All you're doing is punishing the 2nd owners! Won't anyone think of the 2nd owners?
