Eddie,(LexxusGSF on Instagram) is designing me a big brake kit which has a full size 4 pot brake caliper in the rear with a secondary EPB caliper to retain the EPB function. I really don’t even want to do this because I don’t want to lose the running bet among my friends and coworkers that I will or won’t mod this car. But these factory brakes suck. The pad area is so small for how big of an engine this car has and how much it weighs.
do u have pics of what the rear brakes will look like

New plate finally came. The Bell Lexus plate frame is real pre-preg dry carbon fiber. Pretty neat they make these. They're exclusive to their Blackout Package new cars. NO 312 on AZ's new supporting education plate, which is all black and looks super cool. And the sweet plate frame covers up the "supporting Arizona education" part. Win win.

Well, time to turn this thing into an ISF and make everyone mad.

BBMS just released their full BBK for the IS500 that retains the EPB. 15 inch free floating 2 piece rotors front and rear, 6 pot front, 4 pot rear. Ordered everything yesterday, and got the calipers paint matched to Incognito gray.

I think as long as I control my impulses to mod the car I'll be okay. I don't know how much else I'll do to it. Maybe a engine and trans cooler, but the car did just fine this summer here so.

Full paint correction and ceramic coating on the LE today. Previous owner left a few small boo boos. P&S Legends Ceramic coating on the paint and windows.

When my brakes get here, I'm going to have him ceramic coat the wheels and calipers.

Paint correction and P&S Legends 5 year ceramic applied. Crappy photo, but the car is going to stay in the garage for the next two weeks while it cures. Looks incredible in person, ridiculously glossy. Cant wait to get it out in the sun!

Garage is a mess from LS swapping my Tacoma, something I haven't recovered from yet, lol.

underneath the shelf is the wireless CarPlay module.

Alright I caved…

Swift lowering springs on the way, as well as some custom 15/20mm spacers. Should pair nicely with the BBK.

hopefully!

in my book, if the wife doesn’t notice the modification, it’s not really a mod.
