I have about 2k miles on my IS500 and am noticing the same thing. Took it in for an alignment where they supposedly aligned the vehicle, however, I am still having the same issue. They even tried cross rotating the tires but this did not solve it either. I have an appointment to ride with a master tech next week. Hoping to get it sorted out as it's a very annoying issue.

I’m personally not a fan of service work outside of Lexus; however, I agree 100% with an alignment every 6 months. I did it for both my ‘06 & ‘16 350s (…and now the 500) and never had uneven wear.

-I also check my tire pressure (cold) every other week. I find 36psi all around is perfect for me.

-I also get the tires rebalanced every six months (or every other oil change, depending on the shenanigans) and get all 4 replaced every 15 months.

For the record, I avoid potholes for fear of wheel damage. I don’t want the drama of searching high and low for the rare silver enkeis that came on the 2022s.

I will purposely go out of my way and take a much longer path to my destination if it means avoiding a pothole infested road. The risk of rim damage with these 19" wheels and low profile tires is very high. Up here we get nasty potholes because of the abundance of salt they throw on the roads. At the first hint of snow, the dump trucks are out plastering the roads with salt. It's almost comical. And of course, soon enough, cracks and potholes appear all over the place, and they are elusive and sneaky potholes. LOL.

LOL @ Sneaky potholes. I hear you, I’ll avoid known bad roads too. I’ve hit two potholes since 2022 and I still remember the sound. ::shudder::

Post up a copy of your print out, I'd like I see your numbers, mine was dead straight (alignment) after 6k miles and 10 months on pretty bad roads out here in Denver metro. Keep in mind a slight pull to the right on a normal road is to be expected. Roads car crowned for water run off and it's natural to steer left into the center of the road.

A good way to confirm this is to get on a 4 lane highway with a large grass median and see if the left lane drives like the right lane most hwys will be convexed in the center of the two lanes.

I didn’t get a printout from the dealer. Good to know for next time.

Here are my alignment specs. Interestingly this was the second time I brought it in for an alignment, with the first one being done a week before this one. Car still drifts to the right at highway speeds.

Are your L & R tire pressures the same?

@HtxRunner
do you know if they reset steering angle/pull compensation after alignment using scan tool? if not done it could cause a pull even with alignment in spec

The service writeup just states that they adjusted the alignment. I'm taking it back today and will mention this to them. All four tires have the same pressure. Pretty disappointed that they can't seem to figure this out given that I grew up wanting an ISF and this was somewhat of a dream car for me. Hopefully they get it corrected.

I think mine pulls a bit to the left so I got an alignment after spring installation.

I am sitting at 76xx miles and both of my rear inner tires are bald. My front tires don't have inner wear (Maybe because I installed figs bushings?) but both of my rear inners are pretty much gone.

I didn't like OEM Potenzas anyway. I will prob get Conti or Michellin and get the alignment done afterward.

This is why you need to get the Firestone Lifetime Alignment. I think it's like $180. Go as often as you need, for free.

great deal, but typically Firestone technicians are no better than the lube tech at your local gas station.

and the Lexus guys are? LOL.

An alignment is an alignment. Computers do most of the work now anyways.
