Exclamation New Borla exhaust for IS500!

Hi all!

Was lucky enough to be pulled in for Borla to have them R&D an exhaust for the IS500. Let me tell you how ridiculous this thing sounds like now! Amazing. Happy to see them come back to Lexus!

here are some photos and a video! (Tried to upload a video, saying it’s too large) sorry, here are some photos!

What information are you able to give us? Price? Available date? What variations of the exhaust will be offered?

It would be cool if this was like their GM systems. My brother has the GM Borla exhaust on his truck and it's really loud on start up, little louder while accelerating, but cruising down the road it sounds stock. No drone, no drama. It's the perfect upgrade over stock.

I had the Borla S-Type Catback system on both of my STI's & IMO a phenomenal system I enjoyed it every mile & plus got many compliments. I remember when I purchased it online back in 2019 it was around $980.00 shipped. I remember Borla had products for the ISF, GSF & RCF. I wonder what the cost will be for the.

Borla's pricing is under JDM tax pricing so I'm expecting maybe $1800?

Are they offering an axle back that is compatible with other midpipes?

Wondering the same, or compatible with stock mids. Man this sounds good.

Perfect if so! I’ve even received the wife seal of approval 😂

Agreed. Hoping an axleback option is offered as well.
